1. Age restriction

This service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). In the United States, you must be at least 21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Minors are strictly prohibited.

2. Restricted jurisdictions

Access from places where adult content is illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with local law.

3. Copyright

Videos, text, and images on store.studioakira.net are owned by STUDIO AKIRA or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or downloading (except where we expressly allow it) is forbidden.

4. Streaming only

Content is provided for streaming. Circumventing technical protections is prohibited.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Titles may be sold as single purchases or through an optional recurring subscription. Prices and billing intervals are shown before you confirm payment. Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from your account page or by emailing info@studioakira.net with the email address used for your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by CCBill. The billing descriptor on your card statement is STUDIO AKIRA. Because this is digital streaming, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is available. See our Refund Policy for details. Contact info@studioakira.net for duplicate charges or obvious billing errors. We may suspend access in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

8. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@studioakira.net with identification of the work, the material on our site, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury.

9. Disclaimer

We aim for reliable service but, to the fullest extent permitted by law, limit liability for outages, errors, or third-party acts.
